Rotterdam, Netherlands— Oceanwide made collaborative agreement with BMT (www.bmt.org), the world’s leading independent marine consultancy and surveying company, offering a wide array of specialist services to support the international shipping industry as well as the insurance and legal sector. This industry partnership appoints Oceanwide as BMT’s surveying and consultancy partner in the Philippines and the Asia-Pacific.
As such Oceanwide became one of the surveying companies that BMT carefully selected on the basis of its quality standards and its service provided to them in the past. BMT’s worldwide surveyors are subject to a strict monitoring and evaluation process in accordance with their ISO 9001 standards.

Through this agreement Oceanwide has carried out survey and vetting inspections in mainland China, Hongkong, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand and Indonesia. The services of BMT-Oceanwide collaboration extends to Surveys, Audits and Inspections of ships for the international clients including Marine Claims and Casualty Investigation.
In the Philippines, Oceanwide services on behalf of BMT include industry and company standards such as Tanker vessel vetting inspections, Seaspan Shipmanagement Condition Inspection, Maersk Vetting Inspection, MPC Container Ships Condition Inspection, and 360 Quality Inspection.
